Jake...Jake was one of the 'founders' of the Asiatic lion breeding programme. Jake came to London Zoo with his brother, Arfur in December 1990. He moved to Chester Zoo in March 1994 along with the female, Chandani. In June 2000 Jake moved to Boissiere in France but sadly died shortly afterwards. However, his legacy lives on through the four litters of cubs he was father to.
