Cubs born at Dudley Zoo:

On the 9th of May Dudley Zoo's lioness, Gir, gave birth to a litter of two cubs. The cubs, one male and one female, are the second litter to be born at Dudley and bring the total number of animals in the programme to 47. The cubs have been named Kai (male) and Keera (female). You can find pictures of the cubs, aged around 6 months in the lion gallery.
